Anxiety, Poor Sleep, Low Confidence and Other Challenges

What would you like to change?

Sometimes you can name the problem immediately. Sometimes you only know that a familiar feeling or habit keeps getting in your way. We can start with what you are experiencing now.

Anxiety and overthinking

If your mind keeps replaying conversations or anticipating what could go wrong, we can explore those patterns and practise responding with more calm and perspective.

Poor sleep

When thoughts become louder at bedtime, we can work on the mental habits around winding down and develop a more settled approach to sleep.

Low confidence and self-doubt

If you often feel “not good enough,” compare yourself with others or hold back from opportunities, we can explore those beliefs and build greater trust in yourself.

Fear of driving

If driving makes you tense or you avoid certain roads or journeys, we can explore your response and work towards feeling steadier behind the wheel.

Emotional eating

If you reach for food when you feel stressed, lonely or overwhelmed, we can look at what triggers the pattern and find more supportive ways to meet your needs.

Fear of flying

We can work on the thoughts and physical feelings that arise before or during a flight, and help you prepare to travel with greater calm.

Fear of public speaking

Whether it is a presentation, a meeting or speaking in front of a group, we can work on the fear of being judged and help you feel more comfortable using your voice.

Job interview anxiety

If nerves make it difficult to show what you can do, we can work on your confidence and help you approach interviews with more clarity.

Stress and feeling overwhelmed

When everything feels like too much, we can identify what is weighing on you and practise ways to pause, settle and respond differently.

People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries

If you say yes when you want to say no, we can explore the guilt or fear behind that pattern and practise expressing your needs more clearly.

How I work with you

I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), hypnosis (NLP), the SWAN Protocol and EFT. We begin with a conversation about your goal, then choose an approach together. You do not need to know which method you need before getting in touch.

Sessions are individual and online. You can ask questions, share at your own pace and pause or stop an exercise at any time.

Let’s start with a conversation

Tell me what has been difficult and what you would like to change. A free 20-minute introductory call gives us time to discuss whether this support feels right for you.

Coaching and hypnosis are complementary wellbeing support. They do not replace medical care, psychotherapy or specialist treatment. Results vary.

Procrastination

If you keep putting off something important, we can look at what makes the first step difficult and find a more manageable way forward.

Returning to work after a career break

If time away from work has affected your confidence, we can reconnect with your strengths and help you feel more prepared for interviews and new opportunities.
